Victoria brings years of entrepreneurial experience encompassing real estate management of her own portfolio, real estate sales and consulting, and now TEAM LEADER for the Premiere Group at REAL BROKER, a full service real estate sales and advisory. Victoria brings 30+years of business experience to her full service approach to real estate sales. Victoria has represented buyers & sellers of luxury condos, brownstones & investment properties in the fast paced market of NJ Hudson County's riverfront properties as well as New York City & Brooklyn. Victoria has purchased, renovated and sold residential and commercial properties and guided many clients through the same process. With more than 21 years in real estate, Victoria has the proven ability to assess a client's unique needs and translate them into "make sense" options to match lifestyle and budget. "Real estate is a major investment, whether I am working with first time home buyer or seller, or securing the right investment property, I believe the process of selling and buying real estate should be one of ease and efficiency. I will assist you in understanding and navigating the complexities of the real estate transaction". I bring in proven professionals in real estate law, appraisals, home inspection and engineering as needed.
