We were down in NC the 3rd week of May to find a house to buy. We saw a house on Zillow and put it in our GPS and did a drive-by. There was a sign out front and we decided to call. That was about 6 pm and Terri answered the phone. She took down the information and set up a showing for the next day. Not only that, she asked us what type of house we were looking for and the price range and she showed up the next day with a few more houses for us to look at. They were all great houses. We put a contract in and after a few negotiations, we settled on a reasonable price. At this time we were already back in CT. We could not have purchased this house without Terri's help. She scheduled and attended all inspections that were requested. She kept us in the loop and communicated frequently with us. She got the answers to any questions we had, she helped us find a lawyer and she got us to closing. We highly recommend Terri as a top-notch real estate agent. We have worked with other agents over the years and she was by far the best.
