Rick Bussey has quite an extenive background in banking, mortgage lending, building, real estate development, business management,
mortgage brokerage and ministry. Owning part of a local Ski Slope here in the Asheville North Carolina area, has allowed him the opportunity to build and sell over 48 mountain top homes and over 120 single family lots in and around those homes. With more than $20,000,000 in sales he set up his own real estate brokerage firm to handle these sales. In 2022, he set up a real estate company in Asheville NC with a partner for the sole purpose of listing and selling 50 new homes being built in a subdivision they started called Sycamore Cove. He sold over $15,000,000 in new homes and then went to do another 20 home development known as Riverside at Woodfin in Asheville.
He has sold 11 of the 20 homes being built with total sells of over $6,000,000.to date. At Sycamore cove and Riverside at Woodfin, he was responsibe for listing, supervision, selling and closing of all the homes they offered.
He has re-listed 5 of the existing 9 unsold homes in Riverside At Woodfin awith Premiere/ Real Brokers and believe sthe subdivsion will be sold out by December 20th 2024. During the buildout and sellout of both subdivsions, Rick also listed or sold another $3,200,000 in individual single family homes in the community.
