Patrick Mullaney

Patrick Mullaney is a multifaceted professional who has made significant contributions to both the performing arts and the real estate industry. With a dynamic career spanning dance, theater, and property investment, Patrick has continually demonstrated his versatility and passion for creative and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Beginning his journey as a contemporary ballet dancer in Chicago, Patrick spent 15 years honing his craft with esteemed international touring companies such as Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. His talents eventually led him to the prestigious stages of New York most notably as a part of the final New York company of CATS on Broadway as well as numerous professional roles in theaters across the northeastern United States.

In 2003, Patrick embarked on a new chapter by transitioning to the realm of real estate investment in Miami. Starting with property flipping in the Miami area, Patrick quickly recognized his knack for identifying investment opportunities and maximizing property value. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen caught the attention of Royal Caribbean, where he served as a Casting Director for 12 years, overseeing the recruitment of over 800 performers for the company's fleet of 25 cruise ships until 2016.

In 2018, Patrick obtained his real estate license and in 2024 joined the PREMIERE Group of Real Broker, LLC. where he collaborates with his husband and business partner, Joseph Mooradian, focusing his efforts on their social media presence while driving their real estate business forward in the competitive online landscape. Together, Patrick and Joseph combine their talents and strategic vision to engage with clients and showcase their properties with professionalism, integrity, and innovation in all their endeavors.
