As a seasoned 30-year resident of Montgomery County, Laura has an intimate knowledge of the area's diverse neighborhoods. Whether you seek proximity to metro stations or desire communities with amenities like community pools, Laura will guide you to your dream home.
Laura’s journey into residential real estate began with a personal project - the design and execution of a large addition and renovation to her own home. This hands-on experience ignited her passion for assisting Buyers in realizing their homeownership dreams. Likewise, Laura's previous experience selling new construction and reselling existing homes enables her to provide advice to sellers on how to sell their homes.
This fusion of financial expertise (prior licensed Series 7) negotiation strategies, and construction know-how allows Laura to navigate complex scenarios, including multiple offers, with finesse. Moreover, her ability to help clients visualize the untapped potential of a property sets her apart as a realtor.
Selling a home in today's market requires a solid marketing strategy for the home. Sometimes a "team" approach is required to prepare the home for sale. Managing the landscapers, stagers and contractors can be a lot! With most of her sellers, Laura manages those contractors for her client, if needed.
And in case you have not heard, industry rules around selling and buying a home changed drastically due to the NAR lawsuit. It’s critical you work with a realtor who understands these changes!
As a proud Navy wife and native of Southern California, Laura understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home.
