Heidi Hills is a licensed Arizona REALTOR® with PREMIERE Group at Real Broker, LLC, serving the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Licensed in 2025, she focuses her real estate practice in Maricopa County, working with buyers and investors who value clear analysis, thoughtful strategy, and long-term decision-making.
Heidi has been actively investing in real estate since 2014, beginning with single-family properties before expanding into larger-scale multifamily investments through firms such as Rise48 and Paradigm. She personally owns investments in multifamily properties representing more than 1,200 doors, along with ownership in single-family and commercial real estate. This experience provides her with firsthand understanding of underwriting, asset performance, and risk assessment across multiple property types.
Prior to real estate, Heidi built a career in enterprise sales and negotiation within the cybersecurity industry, where she worked with complex transactions, strategic partnerships, and high-stakes decision environments. That background translates directly into her real estate practice, where she emphasizes disciplined pricing, negotiation strategy, and data-informed guidance for clients navigating one of their most important financial decisions.
