Dinora Chacon's journey in real estate is a story of resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. Originating from La Palma, a quaint town in the Guatemalan countryside, Dinora's childhood was infused with the values of generosity, determination, and an entrepreneurial mindset. These values were further honed when her family relocated to Fairfax, Virginia, in 1994. Overcoming language barriers and cultural shifts, Dinora, the eldest of five daughters, embraced new challenges with vigor.

Dinora's professional path initially veered towards commercial real estate, where she excelled as an Assistant Property Manager before rising to the role of Senior Property Manager. However, the desire to helm her own venture and break free from career ceilings led her to pivot to residential real estate in 2015. This transition was also fueled by a personal mission: to rectify the gaps in guidance and support that her parents encountered during their own home-buying journey in Centreville. Dinora's philosophy is rooted in offering a transparent, well-informed pathway to home ownership, particularly for first-time buyers and renters.
