Christopher is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker & Florida Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer specializing in the real estate & lifestyle of the Miami Metropolitan area.  With more than a decade of experience and an extensive corporate background in information technology, Christopher serves the Southeast Florida real estate markets and is a member of both the Miami Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Broward, Palm Beach & Port Saint Lucie.  Originally from New York, he has lived in Southeast Florida for over 20 years.

      'We are waiters & concierges to the real estate & lending markets, the MLS is the menu, the showings are the tastings, and the contract is the order.   Whether we are the Listing Agent or the Selling Agent, we are the ones who must orchestrate a satisfying transactional experience with the proverbial 'kitchen'; i.e: the Lender, the Title Company, the Inspectors, the Lawyers, the Landscaper, the Pool Service, the Repairmen, and others.'
