Originally from Alaska, Sven Skarie is a distinguished Home Sales Consultant serving the Maryland and DC areas. With a diverse background across various industries, Sven has consistently emphasized excellence in sales and customer service. 

Sven has dedicated over twelve years to the real estate industry (since March 2012). He initially joined forces with his stepdad, Chuck Bailey, a veteran in the field since 1997. In 2018, when Chuck relocated to Florida to care for his elderly mother, Sven took over the business and their clientele—an immense responsibility that he has embraced with dedication and integrity.

Under Sven’s leadership, the business has consistently closed between thirty to fifty deals annually, maintaining a consistent volume since 2012.
