Emilia Estate

Emilia Mazzola was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned a Bachelor’s degree at CUNY Hunter College in English Creative Writing. Emilia currently lives in Staten Island, but travels to Manhattan on a weekly basis pursuing her Real Estate career.

Prior to starting her Real Estate business, she worked in schools for a little over 10 years working with students of all ages from Elementary to High School, with all disabilities. In between this time, she received her Personal Trainer license with ISSA. Emilia helped her clients reach their fitness and health goals for about three years. She knew she enjoyed truly helping others whether it was with their physique, health, and/or education.

With her experience working with people of all ages, and abilities, Emilia decided to take her efforts to the next level. Her parents invested in properties since she was a kid, so she always had an interest in the Real Estate world. With her patience and dedication in everything Emilia focuses on, you can expect a pleasurably, exciting experience. She handles each and every relationship with respect, gratitude and care.

She specializes in both rentals and sales in Manhattan and Staten Island, but is always open to work outside of those locations.
