Meet Kathryn, our vibrant Charlotte native living her best life in beautiful North Carolina! She loves traveling from its stunning beaches to its breathtaking mountains whenever she can. With over 21 years of experience in helping clients find their “check-all-the-boxes” homes and investment properties, Kathryn brings enthusiastic energy and relentless dedication to her work. Her decade of rental property management makes her a pro at turning investments into successful rentals!

A proud Appalachian State University grad, Kathryn grew up in a military family, moving over 20 times, including stints in England and the Philippines. This background gives her valuable insight into relocation and diverse cultures. To maintain a balanced life outside of her business, she enjoys quality time with her two fantastic daughters, family, and friends. She also indulges in her love for hiking, gardening, painting, reading, and spending time with her dog, Khloe Jane, and her cat, Stella!
